Acknowledgments:

Orders are acknowledged upon receipt with an order confirmation containing complete production pricing information. Please review the order confirmation immediately upon receipt and notify OneCoolProduct.com's Customer Support if there are any discrepencies.

Back Orders:

Customers will be notified immediately of any possible back order.

Credit for New Accounts:

New customers are required to pay for their first time order in advance! Subsequent orders will be accepted and terms may be granted after receipt of a completed credit application and completion of the credit check. The terms offered by OneCoolProduct.com are 2%/10-Net 30 days for approved accounts.

Payments for Orders:

Orders may be paid for in one of three methods: #1. By using our secure payment process on this website which will accept credit cards and e-checks; #2. By mailing a bank cashiers check, money order, company or personal check (company and personal check orders are subject to be held until the check clears the bank); #3. Orders may be paid for by bank wire transfer. For bank wire transfer information, please contact our Customer Support.

Custom Quotes:

When requiring a custom quote for large orders, custom imprint orders and special shipping requirements, contact our Customer Support.

Drop Shipments:

Add $5.00 per drop after the second location.

Minimum Orders:

There are no minimum order requirements. Please keep in mind that pricing is quantity driven!

Over and Under Runs for Imprint Orders:

To ensure shipment of quality product, all orders are subject to a 5% over/under run and will be considered complete and billed. Exact quantity shipments can be made, but such exact quantity orders shall incur a 5% additional charge.

Re-Orders:

Each imprint re-order will incur a $20.00 set-up charge.

Returns or Damages:

All claims must be filed within 5 days of receipt of product by the customer. A Return Authorization number must be obtained prior to any return of product and must be assigned by OneCoolProduct.com Customer Support.
